I asked Antero from Finland the following question:

He replied:

Right... well... there's _lots_ of _info_. About driver's licenses,
registration, motor vehicle inspection, taxes, statistics (for example
how much vehicles were registered last year), info on inquiries you can
make over the phone (AKE features a _very_ expensive phone service...) and
then there's the best part, the plates page. There's some simple info on
different plate types (when first released, dimensions etc.) and a brief
history of the "normal" plates. The vanity plate has its own link... there
you can find info such as... it costs you 5000 FIM... and you can't get
_anything_ you want on your plate, there are certain restrictions.
