What's going on with us?

I guess it's time for my annual update of this page, huh? :) I've got a clean bill of health, but I'm still posting in my weblog because, like everyone else in the world, I've become hooked on blogging. I can't claim it's a particularly interesting missive, but at least it's reasonably accurate. The fam-damily is gearing up for Steph's wedding. Steph and her fiance, Shayne, recently pulled up roots and moved, lock, stock and barrel, to Calgary, where they've bought a townhouse. The wedding is still going to be in Toronto, though. Shayne got a job with McCain's (makers of orange juice, frozen french fries, and frozen pizza, among other things), and Steph was recently hired by Sleeman's (makers and importers of beer). They're a beer-and-pizza kind of couple. We have a new cat, as of October 2004 (so not very new now, I guess), and his name is Socks. He and Penny don't get along very well. Yet. I have hopes of them one day licking each other's ears. What!? A girl can dream! Jason's working hard on his documentary which is almost finished. He's selling DVDs online, so go buy one.
