'Teros

The 'Teros are the descendants of the Pterosaurs, and have formed their own culture seperate historically from the other Sarthians. As an example of this, they are the only type of Sarthian to have developed weaponry, the terrestrial kinds preferring to use their natural abilities and weapons.

Compared to the landbound Sarthians, they also are relatively advanced over the common Sarthian techonologywise, possessing aircraft, and being the main engineers behind the space program.

In general form, they are furred, but only lightly on the wings, whose leading edge is formed by the 'Teros' long arms, wrist, and fourth finger, and whose trailing edge meets the body at about the waist. While this seems awkward, they have high manual dexterity, and are good fliers, and are even capable of short, but decent runs on the ground, enough to at least achieve take-off.
