Glade of Portals

You are in the middle of a magical glade. Around the edges you see menhirs in a circle like those of Stonehenge. Throughout the glade glowing portals float a little bit off the ground, who knows where they might lead. Otherwise the scene is beautiful, the sun is shining and there are only a few puffy clouds in the sky.

A path leads back north, to the Castle proper.

Various signs point to some of the portals, possibly indicating their destinations. And as you approach the portals you can see vague details beyond them.

MUSHes:

 What are MUSHes? Think Zork. No, not the Zork stuff currently out, but the original; a text only adventure. Now, throw it out on the internet with a number of people running around in a full world, be it real or unreal, and there you go.

 Education is important. All the more reason more people should know about these local museums with pages on the web.
Boston Museum of Science
Home of the Multi-Story Van-deGraph generators, and numerous other displays, movies, exhibits and so on.
New England Aquarium
Home of well, all things wet and wild. Better not let the computers get too close to those tanks now! :)
